In what originally began as a documentary project, I have been exploring small industry towns throughout Ontario, finding remnants of decades old infrastructure and landmarks. As the project currently stands most of the images are taken in the northeastern corner of Ontario with the discovery of mining museums in Cobalt, rail infrastructure in North Bay, and any number of landmarks in between. This is likely to be a project which consumes most of my photographic career in a way that I feel I always knew it would. Pictures of the closest thing I have to a homeland and its history.
